Conscious Co-Creation
W.O.W.
We live in a world of profound upheaval. Anxiety, loneliness, and depression are at historic highs. Families are seeking meaning, communities are fractured, and individuals are struggling to navigate fear and uncertainty. Yet in this environment of disconnection, the opportunity for transformation has never been greater.
You are a co-creator of your life!
We are surrounded by an Infinite, Universal Intelligence that responds to the imprint of our thoughts. Thoughts literally become things.
Just as the physical law of gravity lovingly binds you to the earth, the Universal Principle of Cause and Effect creates your life based upon your thoughts and beliefs…literally, how you think. Your thoughts become things/situations/ relationships. Your life came to be the way it is by accumulation of your thoughts. The starting point for changing your life is changing your thinking.
Think of your life as a garden. You plant a seed (your desire) in the soil. You nurture the soil with thoughts of a perfect flower. The Principle responds. Voilá! Your perfect petunia.
But what if it doesn’t? What if a a daffodil blooms? Or a weed? Or nothing comes up at all? This is where spiritual guidance helps reveal what went awry. You come with a topic for which you seek resolution. Together we identify underlying beliefs, thoughts, or patterns at the root of your situation. For example: do you choke the soil with negative thought? Do you not believe you deserve what you desire? I then provide simple tools for your use. We close with an optional Spiritual Mind Treatment (a powerful form of affirmative consciousness prayer*) I am uniquely trained to do.
Because this form of Spiritual Guidance is based on Universal Principles (e.g. the law of gravity/attraction), it works for everyone, regardless of religious, spiritual, agnostic or atheist beliefs. It is applicable to any situation, and any person.
The Science of Spiritual Practice
“Science is finally confirming what spirituality has always known: we heal when we remember we belong.” — Kathryn Richer
Kathryn is not just a Licensed Spiritual Practitioner (RScP) through the Centers for Spiritual Living — she is a living example of how spirit, science, and presence converge to reveal our inherent wholeness. With a master’s degree in Spiritual Traditions and Ethics, decades of service in public health and social services, a lifelong career as a musician and performer, and decades-long student and now certified yoga practitioner, Kathryn brings together a rare blend of heart, scholarship, artistry and presence.
Her approach is grounded in the Science of Mind® philosophy, which teaches that thought and consciousness shape our reality. Central to her practice is Spiritual Mind Treatment — a five-step affirmative prayer process that empowers people to move from fear into expectancy, from lack into abundance, from doubt into clarity. Kathryn also equips her clients with signature tools like:
Passionate – Dedicated – Professional
the W.O.W. Richer approach we follow
Whether for a personal guidance session, a retreat, a sacred ceremony, or a keynote presentation — you’re inviting more than a practitioner. You’re inviting a guide who meets today’s challenges with timeless wisdom, practical tools, creative depth, and compassionate presence. She helps individuals find inner clarity, couples and families mark sacred milestones, and communities rediscover joy and resilience together.
rising above through spiritual engagement
In an era of rising anxiety, burnout, and isolation, Kathryn offers a grounded spiritual presence. Her one-on-one sessions create a safe space for people to process fear, grief, or confusion and find renewed clarity. By blending affirmative prayer with practical guidance, she equips clients with tools they can use in daily life to re-anchor themselves in peace.
Collective Consciousness of Mind
At a time when many traditional rituals have been lost or rushed, Kathryn restores depth and meaning to life’s transitions. Meta-analyses consistently show that meditation reduces anxiety and depression, improves focus, and alters brain structures related to resilience. Kathryn integrates meditative practices into sessions, helping people reframe thoughts and embody
peace.
Group Rituals and Ceremony
In a culture marked by disconnection, Kathryn’s retreats provide spaces for community healing. Studies in neuroscience reveal that synchronized group
activity — chanting, movement, or shared ritual — enhances empathy, compassion, and belonging. Kathryn’s ceremonies and workshops harness this science, giving participants embodied experiences of unity.
Whether exploring Sexuality as Sacred, The Four Ways of Embodyment©, or Haiku as Spiritual Practice, participants leave with a renewed sense of belonging and resilience.
